Conveyor Belt Accessories
To go along with our line of heavyweight belting, we carry a variety of products to assist in the conveying of your
product:
Skirtboard/Flashing Rubber:
- skirtboard reduces spillage at transfer points. it also prolongs the life of your conveyor belt by centering &
settling
loads, thereby balancing the wear.
- we stock all common sizes and can also offer higher grade materials for longer life in difficult situations
Channel Rubber:
- used to prolong the life of your shaker screens
- stocked in many different profiles in 1/4" through 1/2" and also in extra-life material
Belt Scrapers:
- an effective way to clean your belt of wet or sticky material which can interfere with proper conveying
- several different scrapers are available from stock in different materials including rubber and urethane bars
- we also carry primary and secondary cleaners in complete units with brackets to be mounted to your conveyor frame
Pulleys & Idlers:
- authorized distributors for Assinck and Stephens Adamson
- all types of head/drum and wing/tail pulleys
- all sizes of troughing idlers, 4", 5", 6" for up to 60" wide belt
